Turkey and Cranberry Baguette

Ingredients:

  • 1 Brumby’s White Baguette (cut into fours)

  • 4 tsp mayo

  • 4 tsp cranberry sauce

  • 12 thick slices of deli turkey

  • 7 slices havarti cheese

  • 2 large handfuls iceberg lettuce, roughly torn into pieces

  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Step 1:

    Slice the baguettes open lengthways, add 1 tsp mayo and 1 tsp cranberry to the bottom of each quarter.

  • Step 2:

    Top each baguette half with lettuce and tomato, then add 2 slices of cheese and 3 slices of turkey to each quarter.

  • Step 3:

    Season with salt and pepper.
