Pesto Burrata Caprese

  • 1 thick slice of Brumby’s Authentic Sourdough

  • 1 tsp store-bought garlic butter

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 5 diced cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 slices of prosciutto

  • 1 ball of burrata

  • 1/2 tbsp pesto

  • a drizzle of balsamic glaze

  • 4 -5 fresh basil leaves


  • Step 1:

    In a small bowl add the cherry tomatoes, and toss with olive oil, plus salt and pepper.

  • Step 2:

    Add the butter to a pan over medium heat, then add the sourdough, toasting each side until golden.

  • Step 3:

    Once the bread is toasted, spread the garlic butter over the toasted sourdough.

  • Step 4:

    Then add prosciutto, and crack open the burrata on top of the bread. Smother with pesto then add your tomato mix, balsamic glaze and garnish with basil.

  • Step 5:

    Your first bite will transport you to sandwich heaven!
