Creamy Garlic, Herb & Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Brumby’s Classic Garlic Twist

  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 2 heads garlic (roasted)

  • 100g cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)

  • 1/4 cup chives and dill (chopped)

  • 1 oven-proof ramekin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Cut 1 cm off the tails of garlic making sure to expose the cloves. Wrap in foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  3. In a medium sized bowl with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in roasted garlic, garlic salt, cheeses, chives and dill.

  4. Brush the Garlic Twist with half of the melted butter and put in the oven to bake for the final 15 minutes.

  5. Pour cheese mixture into a ramekin.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and cheeses are melted and bubbly. Add the Garlic Twist to the oven for the last 10 minutes.

  7. Slice the Garlic Twist into strips, then garnish the garlic herb cheese dip with chives and serve hot. Use your Garlic Twist to soak up the cheesy goodness!
