Matthew did his apprenticeship at Brumby’s Highfields at the age of 17. Matthew and the team have won numerous awards at local bread shows including Matthew’s finest achievement of 1st place in his Sourdough bread, which is Matthew’s favourite loaf to bake and eat… The staff pride themselves on customer service and always happy to assist in any way or form.
