Ingredients

  2 slices Brumby’s Swiss Soy and Linseed bread
  2 tbs canned sweet corn
  60g cottage cheese
  10g spinach leaves
  Salt and pepper 

 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and place between 2 slices of Brumby’s Swiss Soy and Linseed Loaf
  2. Enjoy!
