Ingredients

 1 small 95g tuna in olive oil
 1 tbspn corn kernels
 1 length spring onion finely sliced
 6 baby spinach leaves
  Salt and pepper

 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and place between 2 slices of Brumby’s Swiss Soy and Linseed Loaf

    Note – can add 1T mayo if desired
