Maple & Bacon Hot Cross Bun

Makes 1 to 4
1. Preheat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook for 6-8 minutes or until crispy.
2. Add maple syrup and cook for a further minute or until bacon is coated and sticky.
3. Half fruitless hot cross bun with a knife and toast
4. Place sliced strawberries and cooked bacon onto fruitless hot cross bun, drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
