Garlic Butter Prawns with Tiger Bread

Grilled Garlic Butter Prawns are the perfect addition to any summer meal, especially when paired with our freshly baked Tiger Bread.

Ingredients

Brumby's Tiger Rolls or Loaf

1 tbsp olive oil

24 large raw prawns

2 garlic cloves, crushed

50g butter

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Small handful parsley, chopped

Method

1. In a large pan heat the oil and butter. Add the prawns and garlic and stir well.

2. Stir-fry until the prawns are pink and cooked through for around 4–5 minutes

3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and scatter the chopped parsley over
