Easter Grazing Board

Our Easter Grazing Board is very easy to put together and even easier to demolish! There are no rules nor recipe to stick to with this one. We’ve created ours with all of our decadent Easter favourites.
Ingredients
Brumby's Hot Cross Buns. We've used Traditional, Double Choc, Fruitless and Raspberry White Choc Hot Cross Buns.
Pretzels
Fresh fruits. We've used blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
Selection of chocolate. We've used mini chocolate eggs, scorched almonds and mini M&Ms.
Mini marshmallows
Melted white chocolate sauce for dipping
Pink wafer biscuits
Method
1. We started with placing the Hot Cross Buns on the board first.
2. Then we worked to fill in the gaps on the board, next with the fruits.
3. Scatter the mini chocolate eggs around the board and in between the buns.
4. Next,go in with the mini marshmallows and place them around the board.
5. Grab your pink wafers and pretzels and place some of each next to the fruit and chocolate working towards an even coverage.
6. Lastly, carefully melt your chocolates and spoon into a small container for dipping.
7. Then enjoy!
