Crunchy Breadcrumbs

When you’re looking for a bit more than standard store-brought breadcrumbs, this version of homemade crunchy breadcrumbs can be ready in 15 mins or under!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
20g butter
1 x Brumby’s white loaf (day or 2 old) – break up in blender
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
Method
1. Heat oil and butter in a large, non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat until butter has melted. Add breadcrumbs, garlic, basil and oregano. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden.
