- Recipe, Operation and Marketing manuals.
- Management input and support for sales, cost control and administration.
- Good communication via FAC (Franchisee Advisory Councils), national newsletters, state meetings and an annual conference.
- Management of national suppliers for ingredients, products and dry good services.

A commitment:
- To bake the highest quality bread using the recommended ingredients.
- To the Late Baking program.
- To provide excellence in customer service.
- To retail and operational excellence as stated in relevant manuals provided.
- To maintain shop fit out to current company standards.
- To support "The Brand", its usage guidelines and its development in the local area.
- To participate in all marketing activities.
- To develop sponsorship and provide for local charities.
- To have a "hands-on" commitment to the business.
- To ensuring administration, payments, records and reports are submitted on time.
- To abide to the terms of the Franchise Deed.
