- To retail and operational excellence as stated in relevant manuals provided
- To maintain shop fit out to current company standards
- To support "The Brand", its usage guidelines and its development in the local area
- To participate in all marketing activities
- To develop sponsorship and provide for local charities
- To have a "hands-on" commitment to the business
- To ensuring administration, payments, records and reports are submitted on time
- To abide to the terms of the Franchise Deed
