  • To provide excellence in customer service
  • To retail and operational excellence as stated in relevant manuals provided
  • To maintain shop fit out to current company standards
  • To support "The Brand", its usage guidelines and its development in the local area
  • To participate in all marketing activities
  • To develop sponsorship and provide for local charities
  • To have a "hands-on" commitment to the business
  • To ensuring administration, payments, records and reports are submitted on time
  • To abide to the terms of the Franchise Deed
